People, people. This will be a true picture bomb, if there ever was one …
I did happen to discover a lovely place on Saturday that I totally fell in love with. I am talking about Lucketts Country Store in nearby Lucketts here in Northern Virginia.
We have passed by this store--by car--so many times in the past. Every time I have been thinking to myself; this place is so cute, maybe we should stop by for a visit one of these days.
ON Saturday we finally actually made the store itself our destination, Peter and I.
The place is a true mix of a designer’s market, vintage, flee market, Christmas market and a place where local artists sell their merchandise. ALL at the same time.
The stores—three big, old houses— are filled to the brim with stuff in every nook and cranny.
You can walk around here for hours.
Outside the stores the markets continue. There are little shacks and little places everywhere.
One can easily say, I have found a new place to love!
But from here on out, I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Be aware this IS an explosion of photos.
The cutest bug decked out for Christmas.
As I said, in Christmas heaven! I bought a pair of these wooden skates by the way.
Inside one of the houses. Stuff everywhere. And yes, Lucketts Country store is all family owned.
The hubster is looking for ornaments.
Outside again. SO much to LOOK at!
The second house on the property. Whimsical, to say the least.
Stuff to buy inside and out!
Yes, if you get hungry you can get donuts and coffee. They also sell pizzas straight from an outdoor wood burning oven.
I mean, there is stuff everywhere, EVERYWHERE on this property. Awesome in my book!
Fire pits as well ...
This is the entrance to the third house, the third store. This is Christmas perfection!
AND, inside one of the rooms. I think I fainted for a short second, haha ...
There were so many rooms in this house, all with a different theme ...

And another familiar Swedish girl is trying to grasp it all ...
