This week is one of my favorite weeks of the entire year, Thanksgiving week!
There IS something special with it.
A special feeling in the air! YOU can tell that the biggest holiday of the year is upon us.
I’ll write more about Thanksgiving tomorrow in Swedish.
Fall morning walk.
This will be a short week here on my blog due to Thanksgiving.
It will only consist of two posts, this one and tomorrow’s.
BUT, I’ll be back next week again, of course.
And, by then this blog will be converted to a Christmas blog of sorts. I hope you all look forward to that.
After the snow on Friday morning. The day after the snow-palooza :-) Blue, clear and plain darn perfect.
Fall and winter at the very same time.
The weekend has been a nice one.
A quiet one. We had planned a hike on Saturday, but sadly my knee has started to act up again. I know, it sucks.
But, it is what it is. After some rest over the weekend, it all feels better. I hope it stays that way!
Ginko leaves. OH how I love the Ginko trees in the fall!!
This is a major street in my neck of the woods. Very close to my home. I live in a subdivision near said street. This street in the fall is SO beautiful. My favorite, I think.
I shot these pics yesterday. The light was so knock-your-socks-off-beautiful!
In this post, I am showing you pics from how it looks here right now. Some photos are of the aftermath of the snow storm we got last week.
The snow is ALL GONE now, but you can still find piles of snow here and there.
Otherwise, we are back to fall again.
We still have some pretty golden leaves on the trees, but they are slowly fading away.
Pretty soon it’ll be beige, brown and gray all over nature, winter’s palette.
Sort of hazy, and on top of that the sunrise. Color me happy!
Here and now!
Peter and I went to the movies on Sunday! We saw Bohemian Rhapsody and I loved it. No, I have never been a big fan of Queen unlike Peter. I have liked some of their songs, but I have never really been in to their music at all.
Of course, I know that Freddy Mercury was a master in his way. But now I know so much more. What a powerful movie. You guys should go SEE it! Maybe even more so if you are like me, not a huge fan. This will turn you around. I see an Oscar nomination for Rami Malek. His portrayal of Freddy Mercury is so spot on and on point. It is almost scary the way he channels Mercury. Acting at its VERY best! Call it a Master Class, if you will!
The cinematography is to DIE for in my opinion. So, people, go see it!!
Anyway, with this I wish you ALL a good Tuesday!
