I hope you people in southern Sweden, and southern Scandinavia, are OK today.
I know you have had a HELL of a storm. And, I happen to know that there were great damage to a lot of areas.
My heart goes out to all of you that might have been affected.
Storms are devastating. It's only been a year since we had the "Halloween storm" Sandy ponder over us.
Nature, we are all so very small in its presence.
But, it is Halloween Week here on my blog.
Today we'll take a look at Halloweens past.
Let me take you on a tour.
OH those were the days!! Karolina, now a HS Senior, Abby now a college Junior. Nick and Alex (also neighbors) are sophomores in college today. But, here all four are still little, and very cute.
The Queen of Halloween wish you ALL a good day!! She says; TWO more days, and then it is the H day! She cannot WAIT!!
The Queen will also attempt to make a pumpkin soup on Thursday. She will enjoy that soup with deep, red, thick.....

Karolina's second Halloween. In October 1997. What a cute little joker she was!
And, here we are at age 3. Yes, when she was that young I could still pick out her Halloween costumes.
Peter and Karolina in 2000. A princess, yes. And, a cute one at that. Peter's a hippie...
"BUT, no, If I had my SAY I would SO not be a princess. YOU HEAR!!!"...
Karolina has never, ever been a girl who's into princesses. Never. If she could have had her pick, even early in life, she'd pick something scary, or different, to dress up as.
"WELL, if you INSIST I guess I'll keep this flower on my face"
Kiddo's last year as "something cute". This is at age 5. That was the LAST year I had ANY say in what costume she'd wear. Check out the girl's face. It says it ALL!!!
"OK, now we're talking. FINALLY I get to be something FUN!!! FINALLY!!" But, hey, I still think she managed to look cute.

Halloween 2004. Karolina gets spookier and spookier! Abby (by the way, Abby is the daughter of my closest neighbor) is Lizzie Borden, you know, the ax-murderer. Yup, we were/are pretty damn cruel around here...

WELL, say no more. Good grief, the child gets worse and worse!! A princess? A bride? A cute doll? NO, hell NO. Not for this child. GRUESOME!!!

Last year at my house. Karolina and her friends are all dressed up as characters from Doctor Who. Karolina is the Weeping Angel. This year I have no IDEA what the kids are planning on doing for Halloween. I guess I'll find out...

Ang öarna. Du hade rätt. Vi var söder om Djupvik på Gotland och hade fantastisk utsikt över stora o lilla. Den andra är från älskade Sandhamn

Nej, verkligen inte. Hon har aldrig bett om prinsesskläder, eller annat. Aldrig brytt sig om prinsessfilmet etc.
