It is Tuesday again.
Here in the U.S we have a short work week due to Thanksgiving on Thursday.
I will write a post tomorrow about Thanksgiving, and the reason why it is the biggest holiday of the year in this country. That post will be in Swedish.
Said post will also be my last blog post for this week.
I will take a long Thanksgiving break from bloglandia.
Karolina and I went to Tysons yesterday.
Yes, we did find a winter jacket for Karolina.
The girl will be warm and toasty this winter.
It is fun being in the mall when it isn’t packed and crowded.
I like it. When it is time for Christmas shopping I'll make sure to shop during weekday mornings.
I also like to see all the Christmas displays and visuals in the stores. My cup of tea, yes indeed.
Here are some iPhone pics from yesterday!
It was COLD yesterday! -2 C (28 F) when I took my PW. As you can see it was breezy, too. I did not wear a hat, big mistake. I also did not layer well enough. I was freezing, even though it was a very nice walk!
OH MY GOSH!! Check this out! Found at Macy's!! How about giving the dude in your life a Santa suit? A real CHRISTMAS suit that is!! Can you imagine your darling showing up at a Christmas party dressed in this one. Your dude will indeed be crowned King of Christmas.
Soon it is time for me to write about the phenomena of the American ugly Christmas sweaters. Said sweaters are more of a big joke these days. This one can be found at Urban Outfitters!
I want coloring books, like the one above, for Christmas.
My girl is shopping!!
Lots of nice winter clothes everywhere. We mostly frequented teen/young adult stores yesterday, But, I found a lot of sweaters that I like, too.
Guys, how about some bacon in your Christmas tree this year? At least this kind of bacon is not harmful to your health :-)
OR, maybe a taco in the tree? Perfect for those cozy Fridays in December...
OR, maybe a a hot dog? Why not?
And, scented candles....love them!
Oh, and we found Marianne candy in one of the candy stores!
Cute, cute packaging.
AND, candy sticks from Gränna!!
And, how about this mug for that special Christmas breakfast?
More scented candles...
No, really, yesterday I did not buy a candle. *patting myself on back*
When I got home a very nice, green, big envelope waited for me! All Swedes abroad know what this means. YAY! Package from SWEDEN!!
My darling mom sent me all this magazines to read. Thank you mamma! I love it!! Love it!
Have a lovely Tuesday!
