Yes, I may have a bad knee.
It even has its own hashtag on instagram, “badkneeandall”.
My knee is stiff and it hurts if I overdo things.
I really do not know what’s best for it?
Push it? Or, rest?
When I had my first post-op-check-up the other day the Physicians Assistant (PA) said that walks are totally fine. Running is out of the question for the rest of my life (I can live with that as long as I can WALK hard, as in PW's. And HIKE. I want to hike again SO much). Hiking should not be a problem, though.
I go by her words now. Physical Therapy is about to start as well.
Around 8 yesterday. A blue morning. A sunny day's coming right up. And, a cold one at that!
The leaves are long gone now ...
I miss my morning walks so bad I can taste it.
Sometimes I have to “sample” them.
So, yesterday morning I took a walk on the golf course with my Canon.
It was 25 degrees (-4C), a light breeze and the sun was rising.
I enjoyed it so much.
Limping and all.
Bad knee and all.
But, oh it was so nice to be out there.
The pond is a great place to walk to for a crippled human being as myself.
Lots and lots of Canada geese, I could stand to live on in a world without them ... *ahem*...
Midwinter in the Mid-Atlantic is tricky.
One day you may have 16 degrees F, -9 C.
The next day you may have 62 degrees F, 16 C.
It is weird and twisted, but it is just the way it is where I live.
Cozy spot to hang out at.
Nature looks like winter now.
These gray, beige and brown colors will be with us until March. It is the way it is,
One (me!!) might wish for a lot of snow this winter.
But, we rarely see snow during the month of December. Snow happens after Christmas usually. In January and February.
A perfect tree come Christmas!! It is mistletoe upon mistletoe that you see. I think it is so cool!
A lady and her dog are out and about.
Have a wonderful Tuesday!
And your photographer is out and about, too ...
