Good morning Tuesday!
SO, I have had my first MRI ever. That was SO NOT fun.
Oh my God. No.
Just to lie dead-still with an achy knee for over 20-30 minutes in a narrow tube while “jackhammers”, and weird sounds, go off all around you.
I knew it was going to be loud. But, that loud?
And, to have to lie SO still. THAT was the hardest part. NOT to move the knee one millimeter. How can people do this?
And, have one's whole body’s scanned without moving?
Can one take tranquilizers beforehand?
According to my technician, no.
Jeez, I hope I never have to deal with this stuff again.
My sympathy to all people that have to go thru it with achy bodies and pain.
And, my sympathy for all people that have yet to go thru with it.
Maybe it gets easier? Maybe.
A good scan it is, though. It is as advanced as can be.
Well, now it is done.
On Thursday afternoon I’ll return to the orthopedic surgeon, and then we’ll see …
I just want to get the next thing that has to happen going now. And, then I want it all to be all over with.
Sorry, boring post, but right now my life is pretty dull.
Nothing, I can do about it.
Alt least I'll get my hair fixed today, Silverlining of the day, I guess.
Have you ever had an MRI?
What did you think of it?
Or, very uncomfortable?
Have a good one, you people!!
