Today we'll take a look at Stockholm. Tomorrow, I'll take you back to Närpes again.
After my 12 days in Finland it was time to head back to Stockholm for a while.
As I said in yesterday's post the weather in Scandinavia during my trip was just fabulous! We had such an indian summer.
I have never seen anything like it.
We can simply call it the perfect weather.
Stockholm is where I was born and raised. Also, Stockholm is one of the most beautiful cities on this earth.
Perfection in so many ways.
My sister and took lots of walks while I was there. The pictures in this post are from one of those walks.
Norr Mälarstrand in Stockholm. I love this part of the city. And, the walk by the water has got to be one of the most beautiful walks in the entire world!
Water, water everywhere in Stockholm!
Stockholm is built on 14 islands. A true beauty on water. The archipelago of Stockholm contains 24,000 islands!
The City Hall in Stockholm. Personally I think it is one of the most beautiful buildings in town!!
The garden outside the City Hall.
An old, rusty bike "saved" from the stream...
The Swedish government sits here.
There is The City Hall again!
Old Town Stockholm.
The Baltic Sea takes over where Lake Mälaren ends.
Yes, it was a true beaut of a day.
In this remarkable city.
Needless to say, I love every moment in Stockholm. This day my sister and I visited the Museum of Photography.
See you here on the blog tomorrow again!!
