Thank you all for you comments yesterday.
It is so nice of you to wish me a happy birthday.
Now I am 46 and a day.
I do have a tiny fear of getting old, and looking old.
However, I cannot see myself getting any plastic surgery done.
But, who am I to talk. Ask me again in five years?
Or, ask me in ONE year.
But, quite frankly...NO, I really don’t think I will have any work done...
What is wrong in letting nature run its course?
I believe in keeping yourself in good shape, eating right (cheating sometimes),
working out, live life to its fullest, celebrate what you can celebrate, see the beauty everywhere, wear nice clothes, have a mainly positive outlook on life (even though you are absolutely entitled to be negative sometimes. Would it NOT be strange if you were always HA-HA-HAPPY!??! I cringe just thinking about it....).
Try to look your best everyday, invest in good make-up, find a good hair-dresser, wear high-heels (yes ladies, I mean it).
I am thinking of my highly and dearly beloved grandma!
Basically we’re talking about a happy person here. A person who’s always been active, with her body and her mind.
She has friends and family that LOVE her, and she loves them. Friends of all ages. That is being rich.
She was 45 when my parents got married. She was 47 when she became a grandma!
I cannot even think the same for myself!
She was a young mom, only 21 when she had my mom, and 22 when my aunt was born.
Age, age..years, years.
Are they really only a number?
Is it all in our head?
Should we not fear getting old?
I have GOT to find this place...
It all depends on how you are aging.
Will you be healthy, or not.
We are all different.
I admit it, I have a fear of getting old.
Today, on the second day of my 47th year I will take a PW.
I will also go out to a birthday lunch with my dear friend Lotta.
Live your life, people!!!
NO I don't want to do this. I really do NOT!!
