So, it is Tuesday again.
It is also time to write “This Week”.
This will be my last “This Week” for the summer season. I will now take a little “vacay” from it. I’ll start writing it again once I am back in August.
However, I promise to write a bit in English every day when in Europe. However, I am not a very active blogger while in the summer house in Ostrobothnia, but I hope I will write a post, or two, or three while in Finland.
Your best bet is to follow me on bloglovin. You can easily sign up for that by pushing the bloglovin button on the right side of this blog.
I love writing this blog, but I have also come to the conclusion that it is a nice break not to maintain it (the blog) on a daily basis while in Närpes. I can put it like this; it is nice to take an entire break from the entire internet.
It makes it even more fun then to start up the daily posts in August again!
WE have hot, humid and overcast days here now.
Tonight is the night for Karolina’s, and Y’s, pool party. 50 girls and boys will come. Peter and I will be in the obscure background, but we’ll be there.
To end 2010-2011 “This Week” year, I will run a mere little “me-me” that I have found in Elisabeths blog (she did post it in Swedish, though).
What did you do fifteen minutes ago?
I was sitting here in the office surfing the net and writing an e-mail, or two.
The last thing you said out loud:
”OK vi ses sen”. Or, translated; “OK, I’ll see you later (to Karolina who’s spending the hot afternoon by the pool).*
What have you been drinking today?
Tea and lemon water.
what was the last thing you ate?
A light soup for lunch topped with parsley and dill. Oh, and blueberries…( I am a sucker, sucker, sucker for blueberries).
What was the last thing you bought?
Two glasses of wine for me and Peter at Cafesanos last night.
what is the color on your door?
what kind of weather is it right now?
sunny, humid, 80 degrees F (25 C).
Favorite ice cream flavor:
Edy’s caramel brownie, and Ingman’s licorice ice cream in Finland.
In the summertime it is shorts, or a skirt, and t-shirt.
What do you see if you look to your right?
Bills about to be paid and our printer.
What makes you happy right now?
Well, the fact that we will go on vacation in three days!! Yes, and I will blog on a daily basis from the beach. I have so many followers and readers from Sweden (and in other countries in Europe) that love my posts from the OBX. Thanks guys, it makes it pleasure for me to write, and take pics, from the OBX. Stay tuned!!!
What are you going to do later today?
Do more laundry, go to Costco and shop for the party, take down suit cases from the attic.
Right or left handed?
Swedish candy, without a doubt.
Well, you guys know them!
Morning or night person?
Morning person. Peter is a night owl, but he’s a morning person, too. I, on the other hand, almost always fall asleep if we’re watching a movie at home at night. I so wish I could stay awake.
Tics, there is nothing good about them on this earth. Roaches, too, and bed bugs…
All right, signing out from This Week for this (school) year. It will continue in the end of August again.
Thanks for always reading!
And, for all the comments in English and Swedish.
