This Week: The Good and the Bad
As I am writing this, we have just wrapped up another one of our neighborhood Memorial Day parties. It was a success, and I am very happy about that.
I’ve said it before; I have the best neighbors in the world! We always have such a great time together at our parties.
They are all so fun!
So well traveled, so interested in other cultures.
We have just made plans for two other parties, one is sort of a secret ( I promise to tell you all about that after the fact), and the other is an end of the school-year party. It fits well since two of my neighbors are High School teachers.
We so lucked out on the weather, sunny and warm. Actually, the whole party started at 1 PM when my neighbor Richard and his sons came over to watch a Lacrosse game on TV. Richard made Mimosas for us, very good!
No pool action today since we had this bbq to plan for.
Then we all had a chat about our next-door neighbors who seem to be a bunch of morons. You all know about them from my previous posts, I’ve been writing about their insane parties before. They don’t know how to behave even though they all live in a town-house environment. Apparently they threw a rowdy party Saturday night. Luckily enough Peter and I slept right thru it, but our good neighbors did hear them scream like crazy early Sunday morning. Those MORONS!!! I have no idea what makes them think they can torture an entire neighborhood the way they do. Both Sara and Richard said they almost called the cops…
M was out of town.
I guess you cannot have it all; you just have to take the good with the bad. Some neighbors stink, others shine!
Luckily for us we can see the gold!
